As a member of the INNIO Jenbacher business, located in Budapest Hungary, you will be responsible for accounting activities.
Your tasks:
• Perform activities required for month-end closing (preparing and posting MJE, running reports)
according to the respective business deadlines
• Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliation according to INNIO Policies
• Issues and books intercompany cross-charge invoices
• Continuously report intercompany related KPIs and proactively drive resolution of intercompany
differences across the business units
• Provide guidance to regional accountants on intercompany transaction
• Identify and resolve issues across different sets of financial data
• Prepare and record properly supported routine entries
• Ensure transactions are booked in the right period through understanding of global closing
calendars
• Provide ad hoc reports to HQ, local controllership team and other finance functions
• Provide timely and appropriate financial data and supporting documentation to external and internal
auditing
Your profile:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Economics field with a focus on
finance or accounting or studies in last semester
• Some experience in setting up and operating an integrated ERP from a finance and accounting
perspective -ideally accountant
• Good written and spoken English knowledge
• Good experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Hungarian
• Ability to learn/ understand Standard & Processes quickly and adhere to them accurately
• Analytical mindset (high attention to details)
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
